On the Specify a SQL SELECT statement screen click the Query Builder button.
On the Query Builder screen put in a filter on the lname column by typing in @lname. This will be the parameter you will search on. You will notice the SQL Select statement be modified accordingly in the middle of the screen. Click Ok.
Back on the Specify a SQL SELECT statement screen you will notice the modified SQL Query, click Next.
